The person behind émin

The person behind émin

émin is not my name. émin means trustworthy — and that is the promise I wake up to every day.

[Your own story here: why jewellery, why Dübendorf, what drives you.]

I'm not a boutique with bouncer energy. I'm a table, an espresso, two chairs, and a conversation.

Our Manifesto

A Ring Is More Than a Ring

We believe a ring is more than a ring.

It is the moment you ask. The moment she cries. The moment two families come together.

Moments like these deserve honesty. Not a mark-up.

We know the feeling.

Being looked up and down at a Bahnhofstrasse display case as if you clearly can't afford the ring anyway. Ordering a piece from an online shop and hoping the stone delivers on its promise. Getting a tip from your uncle back home that ends somewhere between Istanbul and Pristina, and you still don't know what you bought.

It shouldn't be like that.

émin means trustworthy.

Not because it sounds good. But because it is the promise we wake up to every day.

We won't pick your pocket. We won't push the more expensive stone when the simpler one is right. We take the time. We explain what C, F, VS1, IGI means, in plain English, no Latin, no show. We tell you what your money is worth before you spend it.

We are not a boutique with bouncer energy. We are a table, an espresso, two chairs, and a conversation.

What we do.

We design and deliver custom engagement rings and jewellery made to measure. With Lab-Grown diamonds, with natural diamonds, with coloured gemstones. What fits your story, not what optimises our margin.

Every piece individual. Every stone certified (IGI, GIA). Every order personally guided.

Who we do it for.

For the person who wants to give their partner the right ring without burning through two months' salary.

For the second generation who grew up in Switzerland and has been looked at sideways in Bahnhofstrasse boutiques one too many times.

For the person who trusts word of mouth over advertising, and who after this purchase becomes the one doing the recommending.

For the person who wants quality, not status.

How we measure ourselves.

Not by monthly revenue. Not by follower count.

But by how many couples send a photo on their wedding day. How many brothers send their brother. How many customers call us again three years later because the next family member is getting married.

Trust is earned, not claimed.

émin gives back.

Twice a year we travel to one of the countries our customers originally come from, to Turkey, Albania, Kosovo, other homes. Together with the community we find a young couple for whom an engagement ring would open the door to marriage they couldn't open on their own. We give them the piece. We film the moment, with their dignity, not at their expense.

Because a brand that calls itself émin has to be more than a logo on a box.

That is émin.

One person. One promise.

émin means trust.
