A good diamond ring is not only about the stone. Carat, colour, clarity and cut, the so-called 4Cs, we explain calmly and in plain language, not jargon. That way you understand what you are paying for, and where you can save without the ring showing it later.
The setting shapes the look at least as much as the stone itself. A fine prong setting, a halo of small stones or a quiet band: we show you samples and renderings before any work starts, so nothing surprises you at the end.

Yes, we work by appointment only, in person or by video. That way you get our full attention, without other clients waiting or you having to wait yourself. Booking takes a few minutes online, and a first conversation usually takes about an hour.
For a custom-made engagement ring we usually plan two to four weeks from order, depending on setting and stone availability. If you need it sooner, for example for a fixed proposal date, tell us right at the start so we can see what's possible together.
Both are real diamonds with the same chemical structure, the difference lies in how they formed. Lab-grown diamonds cost noticeably less at the same size and quality. We show you both side by side and explain the differences honestly, the decision is yours in the end.
Yes, that's exactly what the atelier appointment is for. You see the stone under a loupe, in daylight and compared to other sizes and qualities. For video consultations we show you stones on camera and send certificates and close-up photos as well.
The consultation itself is free, whether in person or by video. You only pay once you decide on a ring. Take your time, we never pressure you and explain every step before any work begins.
No, that's completely normal. We measure your ring size at the atelier in a few minutes, or you can bring an existing ring for comparison. The size can usually still be adjusted after the ring is made, if anything changes on your finger.
Yes, that can be arranged, just mention it during the consultation. We'll find a solution that fits your budget together, and explain the terms openly before you decide. There are no surprises on the invoice with us.
