How much do you already know about stones?
Many custom pieces only find their finishing touch through a diamond or a coloured stone. Carat, colour, clarity and cut, the so-called 4Cs, we explain calmly and in plain language, so you understand exactly what you're paying for.
Whether it's a single diamond in a pendant or several small stones in a chain, we show you the selection under a loupe and in daylight before we set anything. That way there is no surprise at the end.

Depending on complexity, we usually plan two to four weeks from the approved design. More elaborate pieces with several stones can take a little longer, and we're upfront about that at the very first conversation.
Yes, most people do. A photo from the internet, an old piece of jewellery, or even a rough sketch is enough as a starting point, and together we develop it into a design that's genuinely yours.
It depends heavily on material, size and stones. Stud earrings start at CHF 800 per pair, pendants from CHF 950, and for remodelling or more elaborate pieces we work out the price openly with you in person.
Yes, you always get a sketch or rendering to approve before anything is custom-made. That way you can still adjust size, proportions and details before the decision is final.
We usually work with yellow gold, white gold, rose gold or platinum in 18k or 14k, plus diamonds or coloured stones on request. We tell you honestly what's technically possible, rather than promising you everything.
Yes, that's one of our most common requests. A ring that no longer fits or a chain that's no longer worn can become a new piece. Just bring it to your appointment and we'll look together at what it could become.
