Diamond hoops: how much stone is enough
A diamond hoop can carry a single stone at the clasp, a half pavé line, or be fully set so it catches light with every movement. The more stones, the heavier it gets, something you notice most with larger diameters.
We show you different stone-setting options at the atelier, on your ear, so you can see and feel what suits you before we start making anything.
Clasp and size: what matters day to day
A hinged clasp opens and closes with one hand, practical for everyday wear. A post-and-clip clasp looks more delicate but takes a little more practice.
On size: small hoops up to about 15 millimetres read understated and suit everyday wear, from about 25 millimetres the look becomes clearly more present. We advise you on which diameter suits your ear shape.
